Is it part of any H & S to provide refrrehments to employees which work outside. All office staff have water coolers, coffee machines ect... but the guys how work outside on the field get nout.

Any thoughts

water coolers and coffee machines arent a requirement, however fresh drinking water is a requirement but only if its a fixed place of work

Bear this thought in mind-You dont get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.

It depends on your type of work/work environment but typically you could take suitable restand refreshment breaks at suitable intervals (not the pub)!

Dont let them grind you down
