I have always had the Caller Display option on my NTL phone line. Over the last couple of years, this feature has stopped working a number of times - I would estimate 5-6 times. It seems to take NTL anything from a few minutes to several days and repeated calls to CS to get it fixed, and sometimes even requires an engineer to do something at the cabinet. Am I just unlucky, or do other people have problems with this service?
