1st 512K took 20813 ms = 24.6 KB/sec, approx 203 Kbps, 0.2 Mbps
2nd 512K took 24297 ms = 21.1 KB/sec, approx 174 Kbps, 0.17 Mbps
3rd 512K took 21922 ms = 23.4 KB/sec, approx 193 Kbps, 0.19 Mbps
4th 512K took 17812 ms = 28.7 KB/sec, approx 236 Kbps, 0.23 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 202 Kbps, 0.2 Mbps


Pings to some servers are bad also.

Had to add a proxy for the first time last week - lost all connectivity, not sure if this has something to do with the problem :erm:

Overall Average Speed = approx 217 Kbps, 0.21 Mbps

Web browsing is like swimming through treacle too. its a little wierd because usually when web pages are slow, my download speed tests are usually ok.

Watching spiderman on cable tv, keep getting long pauses and breaks in picture and sound too, if its all connected and is affecting as many areas as a scan in the forums seems to say. Something is very very poorly.

same time frame, but I wouldnt think internal database improvements would slow everyones connections.
