Hi All,

Long time no post for me... I am having issues accessing my webmail. I have the right username and password but cannot login...

I am an older user where by I do not use NTL BB but the account has always been active.

Is anyone else having issues?

Daran

I can't get in either at the moment. Someone at ntl probably broke it.

Ok... Trying to send to my email account gives:

hmm, my webmail is working fine now, must have been a local issue for me - I've been doing a proxy dance for some time now

If you are still having problems, you shuould call tech support to see if somethign has changed on your account. It is possible that, if you are no longer an ntl use (I think that is what you are saying in your post?) still accessing an ntl email, that the account has been closed through lenght of time after your leaving?

Last I knew, ntlworld email addresses couldn't contain "_"s has this changed?

Well it does appear that all email accounts left active after using NTL have been deleted..

I knew it would happen but all good things come to an end I guess...

Thanks for the help all, appreciated.
