Ok I have one tattoo already on my left arm of a japanese symbol which means samurai. I want another one on my right arm now but not sure which symbol to get, anyone got any ideas or pics of symbols? I prefer Kanji ones as they are the better looking ones.

No comments about tattoos being chavvy either as I am far from a chav as you don't get many chavvy Legal Execs do u!

You might want to store this for future reference, as it is always useful to have a fallback position (tattoo removal).

I agree with you - tattoos (per se) aren't chavvy, but to be fair, neither was Burberry until the yout' took it up. Unfortunately, people like this lady (from the program The Singing Estate, on C5) don't help.

What about your name, or a loved one, in Kanji.

Have a look here (http://japanese.about.com/bltattoo.htm) for some idea's. There's also a link to translate your's or someone else' name into Kanji characters. ;)

hehe always thought about a loved ones name, but then when you split up ya stuck with it! that puts me off (not that I go round thinking every relationship is going to end).

If you have kids, you can't go wrong.

Or even your own name might be an idea, unless you plan to fall out with yourself. :D

I heard a similar one where the woman wants her husband's initials (W.W.) on her buttocks. When she shows the result to her husband he goes: WOW! :D

THINGS YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR AT THE TATTOO PARLOR

* "Eagle? I thought you said BEAGLE."

* "We're all out of red, so I used pink."

* "There are 2 Os in Bob, right?"

* "Gosh, I hate it when I get the hiccups."

* "Anything else you want done? You've got plenty of room back here."

* "The flag's all done and you know, the folds of fat make a nice waving effect."

* "Oops...."
