I'm on th 10 Meg service and decided to give napster a go as NTL advertise a 30 day tial & reduced subs. Downloaded Napster from the broadband+ link and upon opening napster. I get a message 'Sorry there was a problem with the registration process, please return to broadband plus and try again.If you continue to experience problems contact NTL technical support. So after many attempts I phoned NTL support. Spend 10 mins listening to some idiot recording switch off your modem etc. Then NTL India well 1 hour later @Yes sir it is a known issue we are working on it! That was last week. Phoned again this week only to receive the same responce.
