I had agreed termination for 30 July with customer services - "no written cancellation needed".
Yesterday - 30 June phone and cable TV cut off.
Phoning from call box:
11pm 30 june - left message for 'emergency" phone problem with my details (couldnt give 'contact number" as phone cut off!!!!!!) No response in 24 hours.

Contact Customer 'Service' in their 'opening time' at 9am today - agreed being cut of was MISTAKE and s/b 30 July - "when can you restore service?" "Monday as department who handles this not open over weekend - but we will credit you for lost days"!!!!!!!!!!!

Brilliant!!!!

Help please:

WHO can I contact if service is NOT returned immediately monday morning

WHO can I write to at Director level to complain about this totally shoddy service......

(whats new, of course, there are pages of complaints................and I have only been a NTL (and C & W) customer for 14 years..........)
