Issues in Belfast?

Anyone reporting or experiencing problems with their phone lines in Belfast?

I'm getting a "network busy" message when I try to ring Angry Towers.

When I phoned the maid on her mobile and asked her to check the land line she said "Sorry...it's f***ed".
