Sound Distortion

When's the problem with sound distortion on many of the radio stations (and some tv channels) going to be sorted??

What's the point of having all the radio channels if you can't receive them properly. BBC World Service has been particularly bad for several weeks!

BBC World Service has been particularly bad for several weeks!

I had been having trouble with BBC World Service (I really only listen to the BBC channels so any of the others may have been out!), called up - they weren't having a problem at the call centre (I assume the helpdesk went and tried their own set) and sent a guy round a couple of days later - gave me a new box and the problem went away!

You might get more useful replies if you give your area and set top box type!

the older boxes are set at a higher volume level, so you get sound distortion, the newer boxes don't seem to have the problem!! stupid cr3, ex-cwc customers need volume control, not the tv, but stb volume control! should be easy enough
