I think i read on IS**eview awhile back that Pipex is/was owened by Virgin net?

Looks Like This country has truely fallen behind in the internet business , first it was ntl that couldnt cope and now its virgin, make me wonder which isp is next to suffer from over subscription on what now seems to be a weak infastructure , typicle britian , looks good on the outside performs poo on the inside :|
