Not usually one to complain, but it has been dire for a few days now, constantly being disconnected, and when i am connected it is very slow.

I'm in NG5 and it seems quite bad tonight - just rebooted modem and it seems a little better, but still poor.....

All they tell you to do in India is reboot your modem.

well every problem i've had, like if net dies * does very often * just reboot the set top box and walla??

Im just wondering if it has something to do with the forthcoming upgrades.... as for reporting it, im too lazy to actually do something about it ;)

It's been slow or non existant here in NG5 for a couple of days.

I just put it down to 'one of those things' you get with ntl, but I may well report it if it continues for much longer.

This is diabolical, im getting disconnected every couple of minutes, and downloading from usenet im getting a massive fluctuation in speeds, averaging at about 50k, im on 2mb so it should be about 250k, grrr, cant even play online Halo :(
