It's the start of the Holiday Season and here at NASN we're feeling festive. So from Friday evening through Sunday, we're going into Free View mode. If you're got friends who haven't yet subscribed to NASN, now's the perfect time to let them know what they're missing...

For those who haven't noticed (watching live college football right now :D )

I noticed last night the hockey was on the epg as "Freeview: NHL chicago v Dallas" or similar.

But when i went to NASN it still said I needed to subscribe

To me that title sounds like it was available to all as ermmm "free" as in beer ?

No it is on freeview but only on Sky i think. NASN show about 20 programmes a week on freeview but i dont think NTL show them.

IMHO if you like north american sports like baseball, hockey, NASCAR etc then NASN is better value than sky sports. Personally i cant wait until SKY lose the exclusive rights to the footy, ill be ditching Sky sports and sticking with NASN

Ah thats too bad.

Although interested in all sports, US included, I would only pay for NHL games, but not £10 a month.

£2 per month, or £1 per game would also be okay. But not an option at the mo.
Dont think there will be an NHLPlus like PremiershipPlus for £1 a month.
