Read your sticky on signal levels, my downstream power level is around -15dB.
When I previously queried with NTL, they read it as fine.
However, they only see the UBR figures at their end!
I am connected to the Brighton part of the network (located in Worthing).

Is it worth pursuing with them & how can I get them to act?

If you are actually having problems with your connection then it is worth contacting ntl and getting an engineer booked.

If you're not having problems, don't worry about it.

Your correct about them only seeing the UBR levels, and this is where is the problems of trying to convince the support people that there is an issue with your service.

Since you haven't any issues i assume, but the levels do need correcting at some point, and again its not going to be easy to get them to change them. But ask i would!

I can see both ends, if I know the modem's MAC.
