I am trying to register/setup a new NTL install for a work colleague.
When registering he keeps getting a PIN and Surname error.
PIN is as left by the engineer and Surname is as it is :)
Can I PM some NTL bod the pin and surname and can they check for me that it is indeed valid before I go back to his and try again.
Phoned NTL and got through to the indian call centre in which after 20 minutes hold it took almost 5 to just spell out the address before giving in :(
Any assistance is appreciated :)
