Morning all.
Got up this morning expecting to work from home but, you guessed it, my connection is down. Dialled 150 and got a message telling me for broadband support I had to dial a number which would be charged at no more then 10p/min.
My question is, was that just because I called out of office hours (it was 7am) or is it now the norm? Considering the amount I pay for the connection I will not be happy if I now have to pay 10p/min to wait for 20 minutes for some one to pick up the phone
