Modem Config File update

What happens if when you agree to a speed increase the modem never updates with the new config file ??
Csc have been trying for over 1 week to sendd file to update but it is still not working.

Is a new modem required ??

I may be wrong but I think NTL could be having some issues with their TFTP servers (or they are being upgraded/prepared for June 1st)

The past few times I have done a modem reboot, I get the following in the event log.

TFTP failed - request sent - No Response

Maybe I'm way off base but thats my suggestion. Try Tech Support rather than CS.
