I prefer not to have a fitted carpet in my bathroom though I don't mind mats

I remember my parents putting carpet in our bathroom. I also remember it seemd to spend more time in the washing machine than it did on the bathroom floor (don't ask me how it fitted into the washing machine, but it did). Yeuch.

Now I am all grown up I have a bathroom with stone tiles. They're a bit cold on the feet, but much better in a house with a small boy who can't aim. ;) :erm: :D

I just chose the sarcastic answer...

Lino here, with soft blue mats :)

Carpet just becomes soaked and is awful in bathrooms.
I prefer some type of Lino with then mats around the bath and sink.

Dont stand out in the cold drinking then ;) or is it just a natural state for you :D

The poll assumes no one can aim. Whats the problem with having carpet and laser guidance?

I honestly laughed out loud at that :tu:

As for the poll - lino all the way here.

We have wood effect lino tiles and a cotton bathmat - the bathroom's not big enough for anything else!

Carpet? Well I suppose you need something to mop up and mask the misses ;) Nice to see Chris being open and honest too..... takes a brave man to publicise his failings and.... short comings ;)
