is tom tom the same as trafficmaster or is it just that trafficmaster provide the data for tom tom?

just seen this on tv and the voice was from tom tom

I doubt that very much, Tom Tom do their own stuff.

Not sure about the software but the voices would be inter - swapable ( made up word ;) ) I would have thought :shrug:
