Hello,
I'm writing an article for a national magazine about broadband, and one of the sections deals with broadband horror stories. Basically, the gist of the section is "you signed up to broadband and something went wrong". It was slow, you had bad service, your broadband hardware or software corrupted your system, etc.
I'm hoping a few of you will be able to furnish me with a few tales, just saying when you signed up, what happened and what you and the service provider did to resolve the problem. Also, what advice would you offer to new or recent subscribers?
