Just in case someone forgets, although judging by the weather you could be excused.............

Clocks go forward tonight (http://www.bbc.co.uk/jersey/content/articles/2005/03/21/why_change_clocks_feature.shtml)

It's just as well my alarm clock is radio controlled 'cos I didn't have a clue and wouldn't have arrived at work on time.

What I want to know is - why do the clocks have to go forward on Mother's Day! Our one chance of a lie in & breakfast in bed and they have to change the clocks!!

so is mine, strange thing is the radio has to be on for it to change. Therefore the first morning after the clocks change the alarm goes off at the old time!! Strange design!!

It's to condition you to wake up that hour early when you're meant to, over a course of years with this clock, it does wonders to your body clock :p

Or, it's designed wrong.

I nearly dropped off at work at lunchtime - sleep patterns and feeding habits are all over the place. Hate it when the clocks change :(
