It seems to be happening quite a lot nowadays, at least 2-3 times a day, I'm in Lincoln, is there anything going on in my area? It also happens when I view certain webpages, ie the bbc weather, everytime I click on it the modem stops flashing, there is no throughput and then the modem reboots??? Is it worth calling customer services? should I get a new modem? I've currently got a Surfboard SB4100. What would I get if they replaced it?
