ALl dead - BB & TV

My Broadband died and hour ago, so has all the TV channels, I live in SK10 area, anybody knows whether its an area fault or my STB has died, telephone is OK though. There is nothing showing (as usual) on the server status page.

Yep, happened to me too (SK7). I assume it must have been the planned maintenance. It came back about 12:45

Its still dead here, phoned CS and confirmed there is no area fault, they are sending out a technician this morning. Hope he can sort this out.

everything just came back after 12 hours, it was a local fault, now have to phone to cancel the appointment. Again nobody bother to post this on the server status page, and when I phone in this morning at 8am, they didn't even know there is a local fault.
