Bromley (http://www.bromley.gov.uk/leisure/tourism/) isn't all bad. There's only a few chavs, and the legal drinking age seems to be optional in some pubs and clubs.

Come to Basingstoke and meet some Stokies...

You can spot them easily...hoods up, about 17 years old and generally being a pain outside the local newsagents....
