I can now ride a 125cc "with L Plates"

Going to book my theory test tommorow and get that passed.

Then Direct Access here i come...

Anyone on here a Biker?

I wish... My father and older brother were bikers. My brother than had a reasonably serious accident, and so then my mum put the kibbosh on that.

Its still in my blood though. When that's no longer an issue (sorry if it sounds callous) i'll take it up. In the meantime, I won't because it will just worry my mum sick.

long time ago I had a couple of bikes - when you could ride a 250 on a 'L' plate I had an AJS CSR14, until it broke & I couldn't afford to fix it.

- but congratulations, at least with 125cc you won't sound too much like that frog ;)

What does it say about my mind that CBT did not initially translate into Compulsory Basic Training, but something very different indeed? :erm:

Congrats anyway, mate. Just wish I had the funds to learn how to ride a motorbike myself! ;)

Bit of advanced training then a 500cc bike i think.

Good thing is once i have passed i have passed.

I can take my time and find a bike i like....

yep i been on the l plates for 1 year now .......... got a yamaha dt 125 and i love it .....but not so nice in the winter

no just cbt

so i can drive a 125 cc bike

a psv with 100 people

a coach with 50 people

and up to a 18 t truck


but only a 125 cc bike ........ lol who makes these rules

I done my cbt a while back, but could not afford Boke lessons or the direct access.

but I shall do it over the course of the nest few years.

Remember though, you only get 2 years then your CBT expires and you will have to take it again....

Did my test in the Army for free. Lucky me! I now ride a Honda CBR600 and it's the Mutts Nuts!
