Ive had my line "upgraded" to 10mb and mainly use my net for online gaming cs etc so where as before cs ran perfectly online now its some what slow to how it used to perform. So i decided to format my pc thinking it might be me nothing. I used to love my ntl connection living in Reading i was told i was in a good location but now im a sad nerdy net gamer :( is there anyway to solve this problem? People have told me many possible reasons, capped upload speeds, high contentioned area(!?) but surely it should still be an improvement over my old connection.
