Hello All

I phoned NTL at around 11.15am this morning to report that my NTL120 modem was having problems naking reliable contact at the enet socket. At roughly 2pm a new NTL250 modem was installed registration changed over and running with my router within 5 mins!!

Frankly outstanding service!

Some days you get lucky and an engineer is in your area, quite often they will be assigned the job to do as they go by. Glad it's sorted now.
