Hello All
I phoned NTL at around 11.15am this morning to report that my NTL120 modem was having problems naking reliable contact at the enet socket. At roughly 2pm a new NTL250 modem was installed registration changed over and running with my router within 5 mins!!
Frankly outstanding service!
