I'm on the 2Mb teir and I just visited NTL's site and logged onto the service to upgrade my speed however instead of the 10MB teir the only one listed is BUND03 Service????

What speed is that?

BUND03 is the 10 Meg service.

I think bund = bundle - it's the internal code they use
