missing bbc 2

Have got a problem with the set top where it has half lost bbc 2.

if im on bbc1 and press the "channel up" button to go on to bbc2 it goes straight to itv1(3). If i press the "2" button i can get to bbc2 ok so its not really a problem as such. its just annoying. I have pulled the plug on it to reset but no joy..

Any ideas???

It's probably moved in your list of favourites. Press the Favourites button, then select Edit. Find BBC2 then use the coloured buttons to restore its position, or select to restore the lot to default positions, although this will leave a lot of channels all over the place.

Isn't it great how NTL can't be bothered to sort the default list?
