No Sync Light!!

Hi,

I have Ntl broadband, using Ntl-100 modem. Turn the computer on ealrier and the internet was not working. I never have any problems with the net. Im pretty sure that the problem lies with my modem not having any sync, but the ready light is still on???? phoned Ntl a while ago and they said there is no problems??

Everything is connected, ethernet light is on.

Can anyone help??

:erm: How are you posting here if you think your modem is bust? Or is the connection working and just the sync light not?
