NTL suppose 10MB

HI well jus a quick question really i am suppose to be on the 10MB Broadband with NTL but done several speed test with www.testmy.net (http://www.testmy.net) and other speed test sites and never got over 7.5mb thats the highest i have ever got... i have the NTL HOME 200 modem do i need a new one or something.....

I believe the 200 modems are capable of the full 10meg.

remember that the service is "upto 10 meg"
