My cable modem keeps randomly dropping once a day, causing me great anger at my online game as it goes "connection to server lost" and MSN signing in.

The lights dont change just this in the log:

What sort of modem is it ? - there is a known problem with 100/120 Ambits after a firmware upgrade last week.
