I recently lost my dialer and had to install a new one. Previously when the number was engaged the dialer would automatically dial a second number which always connected me. Now however I frequently get the the message "Sorry we have not been able to connect you. Please try again. I then have to click "Connect" again and again until I connect. Is this now normal.
