Hello all again.
I am back with more problems.
I just did some speed test and the speed rating came back to me was 0.00Mbps. I am currently on a 2MB line. Although I made a complaint to NTL, and we sorted some things between us. But that was not enough... unfortunately.
Well the thing is, I want to clarify and also find out from you guys if there is anything I could do abt it.
Firstly, do I need to be the one to suffer with the slow connectivity/slow dload or upload/ whatever that is slow meanwhile other users in my area squeezing out all the juice thats left in bandwidth? To me, that is very unfair. Because I have been using NTL for the past 4 years, and this is the first time I ever suffered this. I very much hope that NTL would monitor the usage of that particular user and clamp him/her down for excessive bandwidth usage and causing no traffic usage for other users.
Secondly, I hope from some of you, ladies and gentlemen, would able to give me some postive feedback and hope to me that NTL would fix this mess or best take my case very seriously. Some may think I might be suffering from slow speed like 1-10s slower than usual, but you are wrong there. It took me roughly 8 mins to finish loading this new thread page. And I have just wasted 8 mins of my life trying to load a page. Tell me is it worth it?
I have followed all the procedure that NTL would ask me to do over the phone, I cant possibilly think of any other way to solve this horrible mess. I have read forums after forums and I couldnt solve anything. Believe me, I felt like I am on a doomed train.
I do hope that I could able to change ISP, but the only problem with that is that, my area that I am living in, or should I say house that I am living in, cannot support any other ISPs other than NTL. That is really like no choice but stick with it.
I R-E-A-L-L-Y REALLY hope that someone out there would able to help me. I do really need my internet connection. I am a computer literated person, w/o internet its like no life to me. I have no-one to turn to.... .
