Have NTL changed network settings ?

in nottingham and use RAS remote software to connect to secure server
at work. worked fine for last few months and now cannot connect at all
my BB works fine on home laptop and the server at work is working
but it appears all our ntl bb users can no longer get through to it???

anyone know of anything?

You may be better ringing ntl business as I think most people here deal with residential BB.
