Just did a speed test after browsing was sluggish all evening and I got these results:

Unusual for my area to go like this. Im on 2Mbps.

The sluggish speeds seem to have passed now, back up to the full 2Mbps. Weird :erm:

Perhaps one of your website clients was soaking up all your upload capacity.

Its in not in the maintenence time window. Maybe just one of those glitches....

same happened down here in Kirklees ... was happily shooting away on Unreal on a nice clean 22 ping and suddenly it shot to 650, surfing was slow, and couldnt use anything else ... 20 mins later and its all good :)

Thats impossible. Its limited to 2/3's of my maximum upload. I even checked the server and there was no traffic at the time as that was my first assumption. Its the first thing I check whenever this happens.
