Problems connecting to site

I've be having problems connecting to www.astra-mk2.com/forum (http://www.astra-mk2.com/forum) for about a week now. All other sites I try work. The admin team (who I'm a part of) say there's no problems with the site. I can connect to other sites that are hosted by the same company with no problems.
Is this a NTL problem?

Can any of you guys help please?

Ive had simlar problems with my site, and it turned out to be the host (H.U)
But they are still denying blocking ntl ip's, i would keep on at the host ;)
