Very slow broadband in Cambridge CB4

Very slow broadband in Cambridge CB4, which includes browsing and downloading off Newshosting.

I suspect it's something to do with the maintenance last night which is displayed on the status page.

Can anyone confirm?

[edit] I'm getting this in my logs at the moment and have no idea what it means!

CB4-resident here.

It's probably not related, but my 10mbps was downgraded to 1mbps during last night; that is, the ntl tier migration is identifying my account as being a 1mbps one.

Pretty irritating, if nothing else.

Mines still on 10Mb luckily. I hope all this is fixed soon as browsing is pointless at the moment.
