Hi

Ever since I have had NTL 10mb GMail will not load and I just get a white page all the time, is this isolated to me or has anyone else had this and how did they sort it ?

Sorry I haven't searched but my PC is very slow today (not BB related) so thought would start thread

Nope I've not had any problem with Gmail on the 10MB either through Pop or web access.

Works for me, too.

Check your Java interpreter, or try installing a new one from www.java.com :)

try clearing your internet cache, might be something in there blocking it !

Gmail supports pop?

yes, and smtp - very useful when a certain ISP's mail servers are not responding!

I agree with the others that it's your browser's cache, rather than your connection most likely at fault.

Gmail depends entirely on your cache, which is what makes it fast to use.

You might find this helpful, it's google's guide to clearing it:

Java run time that java.com provides and the javascript in your browser that gmail uses aren't related, so that download won't help, although having the new Java 5 is nice and worth doing.
