Father Christmas found dead in Essex churchyard (http://portal.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2005/12/24/ndeadsanta24.xml&sSheet=/news/2005/12/24/ixhome.html). So Father Christmas has actually been dead for over 440 years...
Actually, I think the persona of 'Father Christmas' is more recent than that anyway, so the name would not have been thought remarkable at the time.

Oh perlease getting into a house doesn't necessarily involve using a chimney...especially in this day of central heating and folk have their chimney blocked off.:D

Then after all the sherry and lager you make your way back up to the roof..:erm:
Keep it up...I'm sober...;)

Well, it's obvious that alcohol doesn't affect Father Christmas, as he must have a drink in thousands of houses around the world and he still manages to deliver the prezzies and get home safely without an accident. ;) So he should be able to manage a rooftop. ;)
Ding ding, round 2,
ooo my liver aches :erm:
Nah no second rounds.I'm too full of the good things of life.;)
