Hey guys,

I have checked Orannge website, adn I cannot find the answer.

I have £0.01 (yes 1p) left on my Pay as you Go phone.

I have recently bought a new phone and went on to a contract, with O2, I am keeping the same number.

I got a call tonight and someone left a message on my phone, obviously I don't have enough money to get into my voicemail.

So is there another way that I can get into it, before my number is cut off from Orange and set up in O2?

thanks

dial 07973 100 123 from a landline.

unfortunately it will not let me in without a pin number, so I have to phone the voicemail from my mobile and chose option 3, then if I do this, I cannot coonect, as I don't have enough money

oh, well I don't see the point in wasting money just to see who phoned me, looks like I will have to ignore the person.

But I am waiting on a phone call about a potential new job., oh well, looks like they will have to wait till my O2 sim is working corectly

I know you can phone OCS to get them to re-set the PIN, maybe try that since it's free - 0800 80 10 80 for OCS.

Won't the number that called you be in your call log?

Won't the number that called you be in your call log? Unless the phone was turned off or it was a Private Number

Ben

it never gave me the option to input the pin, it just said I needed one, then disconnected......

I will just ignore it, I got no numbers. it should not be long to transfer the number anyway, I asked for it to be transfered last friday, so not long now.

It could have been a message about the number port.

Sounds like you have never set up a PIN in the first place ... you're right, you can only do that by calling the answerphone from your mobile, which you don't have enough money to do ... :spin:

If Orange re-set it for you, you would still have to dial the answerphone to choose a new one.

I will just leave it, if I lose the answerphone message then tough, I don't see the point in spending money just to use 12p of it.

I will keep my phone on me at all times from now until the change over just in case.
