Phone Number Porting

Can anyone help me get my own phone number ported to my new address. Install was completed on Friday and I was promised porting would be carried out in 24hrs, but no joy yet.

Might need to wait and call CS tomorrow morning. It could just be that the porting didn't complete over the weekend and that Monday it will be sorted properly.
