See attached. So far, I can read the following:

Thomas Crosby gives Anthony Mc
Connell the possession of all the
houses and lands he formerly held
in his possession before the ??????
was held against the property, him
having paid all arrears due thereon

Whats the missing word anyone? (there is no reward!)

I still have no idea what the word is though..

I thought it said Scotland at first but that dosent make sense...

It could be contract, but the first letter looks like a capital "C" compare it to the first letter of the surname "Crosby" at the bottom of the letter.

hmm it kinda reads like a messy "Contract" to me which goes in with the understood text.
