I have several VOIP/SIP telephone numbers some of which work fine when dialing from NTL but others have never worked whilst other did work but seem to have stopped recently.
When I dial my cardiff VOIP number which starts with 02920 0, as soon as ive dialed the last 0 i just get what seems like an error code.
I've tried several different VOIP providers from VoxHum, SipGate and even Vonage all have very similar cardiff numbers and all have the same problem. Vonage tells me its a routing problem with NTL?
Does anyone else using an NTL experience the same problem?
