Well, since no one likes my jokes then I'll have to inflict another picture puzzle on you again. :p

The rules
This is the first of a series of photographs which are all blow-ups from the same original. It's of an everyday object and you have to guess what it is. As time goes by, more will be revealed - and I hope this is over by the time my tea is ready or I'll be in trouble.
