poker not working [Archive]

i have had an error message come up since wednesday
that the poker software i am using is upgrading thier servers
this is tosh
apparently its an NTL problem
anyone else got the same fault or better still a fix

Hi

Please don't put duplicate posts in different forum areas - we read it the first time :D

We'll need more information than this - what software is it and where is it from? And if you're getting an error message saying the servers are being upgraded, what makes you think this is ntl's fault?

If this isn't ntl's fault then I think this can take a trip to Computers and IT...

I use Blue Square poker
everytime i start it i get a message saying the servers are being upgraded ( blue squares)
It would appear you only get this message if you are using NTL
no other ISP has this problem
Blue Square say its NTL
NTL says its NTL but cant fix it for another 72 hours
its already been down for 3 days
im getting well fed up with the lack of response from NTL
i have spent a load of time talking to tech support trying different proxys etc complete waste of time
is there a way i can bypass NTLs proxies or do anything clever to get around this

most other things are working its just this connection to Blue square that is broken, Unfortunatley its the one thing i use the most
