someone please help!!
Have recently got ntl installed in my shop, all is great, eg fast internet etc.
But I noticed the NTL Business 2020 modem appears to provide its own NAT/Firewall system.
I looked through various sites for my modem and found some screen shots however, it appears that 1/2 of the options are missing on my modem, especially those in the advanced gateway screens. eg I cant enable IPSEC passthru.
Heres what I would like if possible
1. to turn off the NATing/Firewall so I can run my own firewall, allowing me to create a VPN (I know NTL dont support VPNs but I know how to do it, just not with this modem!!!)
2. or leave the NATing system but beable to tick 'allow IPSEC passthru'
Oh and one other thing. Should you be able to configure the modem via the internet? I was under the impression it was only via its private address (in this case 192.168.0.1)
Any help would be greatly accepted
