Anyone notice how much it costs in the vets now?

I took one of my rabbits down today, because he wernt eating/being Lethargic and the total cost was £66, for the consultation, 2 injections and dental work.

And hes not out of the woods yet.......

Thats what i thought and the insurence has an excess of £50, so we cant claim it on the insurence

Blimey - shop around next time - some vets charge a lot more than others - especially where I live as there are some posh areas and some pi$$ poor bits!!

Get insurance, the bigger the pet the more likely it is to pay for itself.

all of our pets (cept the guienea) have insurence, always good in case one has a big accident or something.

Yeah after thinking about it the price wernt too bad.
