View Full Version : Vets Bills
Anyone notice how much it costs in the vets now?
I took one of my rabbits down today, because he wernt eating/being Lethargic and the total cost was £66, for the consultation, 2 injections and dental work.
And hes not out of the woods yet.......
dont see the need to keep pets they cost you so much if you want to see animals go to a zoo or something

Blimey - shop around next time - some vets charge a lot more than others - especially where I live as there are some posh areas and some pi$$ poor bits!!
Pets: Dog, 2 Rabbits and a Guienea Pig.

i would...ur best bet is to google it........check out places like sainsburys....abbey national...........and places like that
OML 66quid...thats daylight robbery :eek:Actually £66 for consultation, injections and dental work sounds quite reasonable
Get insurance, the bigger the pet the more likely it is to pay for itself.
all of our pets (cept the guienea) have insurence, always good in case one has a big accident or something.
Yeah after thinking about it the price wernt too bad.
http://www.about-pet-insurance.co.uk/?source=ggst&cat=abpi have a look there for pet insurance directories, apparently they check for the cheapest deals..might help you
