Loss of Service In Oldham?

I've had a load of trouble with my connection this weekend, having very slow download speeds at the following times...

Saturday 4pm till 11pm
Sunday 2pm till 11pm

I was getting download speeds of under 20kbs rendering the service completely useless. Any ideas on what would be causing this?

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Post code OL9

I'm quite close to Oldham and i've been having some similar probs for the last few days.

OL8, no problems.
Been at full speed this past week, thought maybe upgrades had been finished in this area.

My connection has gone down again... here are 3 tractrt's as requested, the first taken last night, when everything was fine again. Then 2 from this morning, the first being when I started to get problems again and the second after a call to NTL.

The guy said he'd increased the "power" to the STB but that had no effect, then he said he'd increase it more but would take 2 hours to take effect. I now have to sit around till 1PM to see if it takes effect (unlikey) then he said they'd get an engineer out if it still goes on.
