"Up to" are the important words here. Plus, you have to live in an area they've unbundled. I've entered phone numbers attached to the Reading, Wokingham, Newport (Essex), Saffron Walden, Pakenham, Romford, Bromley and Hendon exchanges, and 3 of them out of 8 were enabled.

Also, a quick glance around their website shows that all their customer service and technical support calls are handled in India...

Plus they have the usual "fair usage" terms in the contract but don't make it easy to find the details on their website. I've read on another site people saying that the vast majority of people will either get no where near the advertised speeds or cannot get it at all (as Jimbo has pointed out).
