Trouble with game control

Hi im having trouble with my PC Line Tournament Joypad. Now when i go to start up a game before the interductry screen appears my PC restarts for no reason and then it says "Windows has recovered from a serious error" it says that a device driver caused the problem.

Can anyone give me the manufacturers website for my PC Line Tournament Joypad?
